Easter at church and after.

Today was a really beautiful day, up in the low 80's. Although nice weather, it was hard to get good pictures outside because it was too bright.

Since I uploaded so many pictures, I'm not going to try and put them in any type of order.

Here is my sweet Mason at lunch. We went to Logan's Steak house. Yum! We all like it a lot!

I got some good shots inside the ladies restroom at church.

My Silly Mason- See what he is holding? If you are not in the know, this is something you ought to know about. Those are called Silly Bandz. And they are all the rage with the young kids. They come in different shapes. My kids got some that are animals from the zoo, sea, farm and musical ones.

If you wonder why all of Mason's are together. It is because they were saved with names like Mason1, Mason2, etc. Then when I loaded them on they all come in that order.

Every Easter our church puts of two crosses on both sides of the stage. Every one brings flowers and at a certain time in the service they go up and put the flowers on the crosses as a memorial to Christ. They are so beautiful.

Aussie was cooperative today. Mason was actually the hardest one today. He just kept making silly faces. I do like this picture of Aussie in the tree.

As I was editing this picture. Aussie said that he looked so bad in pictures. That makes me feel sad. He is so hard on himself. He takes after his Daddy in that way. I said, "Your eyes are so beautiful." And he said, "But my cheeks look so puffy." I hate to see a young child with a bad image of himself.

Aussie brought all of his Pokemon stuffed animals to church today. He wanted to put them on the cross and get a picture with them. A couple of them were too large and wouldn't stay on there. He is very proud of them and doesn't want to called them stuffed animals. They are REAL!

Well I think he's cute!

Aussie wanted me to get my picture with Mew. Looks like Ashley jumped in the shot. But that is stinkin' cute of her.

And naturally I'm going to have more pictures of the one who LOVES to get her picture taken.

Easter Morning- before church

Wakey, Wakey! "Ashley woke us up too early!" Ashley begs for a clue to find her basket.

Mason looks high and low for his basket.
Ashley found the family presents, which was a Pokemon Yahtzee game and the movie Ponyo.

Ashley asked again for a clue, so I told her clothes. She found hers in the dryer. Then Aussie asked for a clue and I said, food. He found his in the pantry. Mason didn't want a clue. He looked and looked and looked and he finally asked for a clue. So I told him it was in the room we were in. He looked and looked some more and still couldn't find it. So for the next clue, I told him he was a block head. He found it in between the cushy blocks.

After they found their baskets, I told them to get dressed and that I had another surprise for them.

Easter Bunny hits our house

OK I'm officially excited!

The Easter Bunny has stopped by our house.

A while back I posted on my blog some Pokemon stuffed animals that I made for the kids. EVERY time we go into a thrift store we ALWAYS look for Pokemon stuff.

Well-after writing that post. Someone from my church read it and brought me a bag full of Pokemon stuff that she was going to donate to Goodwill. Whoooo Hoooo! I've been hanging onto it for just the right occasion.

I wasn't quite sure how to divide them amongst the kids. What I wanted to do was put them in Easter eggs and have an Easter egg hunt.

I didn't have enough for a hunt AND Easter baskets.

And the kids chose to have baskets.

Well tonight I went to Kmart to get Ashley some Easter shoes.

Guess What?

They had a whole bunch of Pokemon stuff in the clearance aisle.

They had so much stuff that I couldn't buy it all! I wanted to! But I had to limit it.

But now I have enough for both baskets and a hunt.

And this last picture is really just a teaser. This is Ashley's doll Sarah. I was able to find Ashley an Easter dress that came with a doll dress as well. So below you will see what Ashley might look like in the morning.

Favorite and Dumb Butt

I have a favorite. That's right. Maybe I shouldn't say that out loud, but I do. She is definitely a Mama's girl.

Now Sally is ok. She is sweet to everybody but Kiki. Kiki I think wouldn't mind having a friend, but Sally hisses and pounces at her. I want to change Sally's name. I just don't like it. I thought that maybe we should call her something that rhymes, but she doesn't even look when we call her by her name. So when I finally said, "Hey Dumb butt look at me." She looked at me a bit annoyed, but she looked. So should her name be Dumb Butt?
